Shipping & Returns
We operate a return or exchange period of 14 days from the date your product(s) are delivered. This policy applies to goods that are unused and not damaged according to the terms set out below.
Requesting a return ID number
We will issue you with a unique number to use so we can identify the returned Product(s). We ask you to contact us to request this within 7 days of receiving your Product(s) to request this number.
*Any returned products received without an ID number could be voided or discarded

Completing the Return Form
We will send you a form to complete with your reason(s) for returning your Product(s). We require to this form to be completed for any returned Product(s). You will be able to use the unique ID number on the form for us to identify your order.
Sending the Products Back
When you have completed the returns form, please send back with the Product(s) to us at our address:

Please be aware there may be occasions where we request the Product(s) to be sent direct to a supplier for return or inspection. Where this is the case, we will contact you to give you details for shipping.

Any products returned within our 14-day policy me be returned in resaleable* condition.
Items that have been listed in any sale promotion will be clearly noted on the Site as non-refundable Product(s).
Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your original invoice or receipt for the Product(s) you wish to return.
The costs associated with returning your Product(s) are your responsibility unless, the Product(s) are not matching your order / faulty / under a warranty claim – on these occasions you may be reimbursed your shipping costs up to the same value we charged for shipping them to you
When sending your Product(s) back please make sure you have requested your unique ID number from us
We will not consider returns that are sent to us without the unique ID number and completed return form
Upon inspection after we receive the Product(s) back from you if there is damage, damage from use, bad handling, visual damage, interference with electrical items. In these instances, JCR (LEEDS) Limited reserve the rights to deduct from the total refund provided to you in respect of any loss in value suffered to the Product(s) while under your responsibility
Where Product(s) are secured with any stickers stating void if removed, if these are damaged, we will void your request to return the Product(s)
Any Product(s) that have been used, fitted, or installed will not be considered for a refund or exchange
We do not consider a percentage of damage to calculate an equivalent deduction, the returned Product(s) must be in resalable condition
We are not liable for costs for damages, labour, delays in transit, storage, inconveniences or any other un associated costs to the supply of your Product(s)
We are unable to refund or accept returns on custom Product(s) ordered through our Site. Our suppliers will not accept the return or Product(s) on custom/bespoke orders
There may be occasions we require you to fill out a return form for the supplier of the Product(s). Where this is case, we will not provide a refund until it is completed and received.
Under all circumstances the associated VAT and Import Duty is the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay the relevant amount will result in your transaction being voided.
We may accept some returns over 14 days but under 28 days, depending on the supplier terms but you may be liable to a 20% charge to restock.
We will not accept returns on Product(s) over 14 days without confirming with us you are able to return the Product(s).
We will not accept any returns on Products returned after 28 days.
We will only accept exchanges for a Product(s) if it is faulty or damaged.
All Product(s) delivered to you are in your care and responsibility whether these Product(s) were supplied correctly or incorrectly they are subject to the same Terms as set out in this policy.
We drop ship direct from suppliers at our discretion and the prices shown on our Site will still be the cost you pay.
As safeguard for you we would advise high value Product(s) should be returned with insurance from your courier as we cannot guarantee we will receive it
*Resalable Condition Defined
Products returned in the original packaging or box with protective films, seals, stickers and covers intact.
No aesthetic exterior or interior damage to returned Product(s)
Returned Product(s) must not be covered in grease or fitting lubrication
No modifications made to the original product, including drilling holes/cutting and no signs the Product(s) has been fitted to test
Receiving your refund
Once we have inspected the returned Product(s) and the above 3 steps have been completed we will refund via the payment method used as the original transaction.
*If any deductions are applicable, then we will contact you at this point to discuss any next steps

Availability of Product(s):
As our business model is reselling Product(s) for some of the top brands in the performance parts industry, we do not hold everything you see on the Site in stock.
In most cases we can supply the items shown on our Site within 48 hours. Please note some Product(s) have a lead run time of 4-6 weeks as they are made to order – these are clearly marked on the Site listing.
If you are looking to have the Product(s) for a certain date, please call one of our team to check availability before ordering.
In some cases, the Supplier will ship your Product(s) direct to you on our behalf where we do not hold stock of the item, the courier for these orders will be arranged by the Supplier

Placing an Order from outside the UK:
We are EORI registered for the transport and sales of Product(s) outside the UK
The shipping for orders outside the UK is normally high and we must arrange this on an individual basis – please contact us before placing any orders to be shipped outside the UK.
Due to changes to the European Taxation changes following Brexit you may be liable to pay some form of additional Duties or Taxes before you are able to receive your Product(s) from us.
