REPORT: APRIL 2021 / VEHICLE: 2017 VW Scirroco R 2.0 TFSI
This stunning VW Scirocco R equipped with the EA113 Tfsi engine came to us for a Stage 2 engine/DSG tune and stage 2 parts, we supplied and fitted an Oversize Ramair Filters induction kit (Sounds incredible) A Scorpion Exhausts 3″ Downpipe and 3″ non resonated cat back with the daytona tips (Again, sounds incredible!) We also supplied various pretty and strong blue silicon piping from @Creation Motorpsort and finally a fresh set of @NGK BKR7EIX spark plugs.
Whilst we checked over the car we noticed the diverter valve was is a very sorry state, so we replaced that with a revision G from TPS. We also replaced the cam follower with a new one direct from TPS which had just started to wear through the hardened black coating.
We then installed software for stage 2 engine and DSG tuning taking the power up to 330bhp and torque 355lbft.
